How to Attach URLs and Screenshots When Making an Inquiry

When Contacting the AirHost Support Team

To help us accurately understand the issue, please attach a screenshot that clearly shows the issue and the URL of the relevant AirHost page when making an inquiry.

If the attached screenshot contains only partial information, we may not be able to identify the specific property or reservation. Therefore, please provide a full-screen screenshot whenever possible. Full-screen images allow us to gather more details, such as timestamps, which can help resolve the issue more quickly. If possible, please avoid cropping the image.

For inquiries related to synchronization with OTAs, please also attach a full-screen screenshot from the OTA system.

Attachment Guidelines

  • The maximum file size for attachments is 50MB.

How to Copy a URL

Copy the relevant URL and paste it into the email body.

For Rate Plan Inquiries

Rate plans cannot be identified by URL alone. Please include a screenshot or describe the issue in text format.
