Note: To perform Tiket.com integration, you must first have AirHost set as the Channel Manager used for your listing. Contact Tiket.com by sending them email of your Property ID, Property Name and Person In Charge of the Property Email address and let them know that you would want to use AirHost as your Channel Manager and request for a configuration.

Getting Started

How to add a New Tiket.com Channel

1. Under Listing Management > Select Channels.

You may click on either one of the arrows.

2. Select Add Channel.

You may skip this step if you have selected the shortcut on the right.

3. On the Add Channel page, look for Tiket.com channel > Click on the Add button.

4. On the Channel Credentials page, select the 'edit' button on the right top

5. Enter the Name for your Tiket.com account. Select the "+" to add the property ID from Tiket.com and Save .

The property ID can be found in your Tiket.com extranet after logging in.

6. Wait till the room is linked from this Channels Page.

Link and Sync between AirHost and Tiket.com

Link your Tiket.com room to an existing room in AirHost through the Channels or property Room Channels

1. Link your Tiket.com room through Channels.

1.1 Go to Listing Management > Channels > Select which property which under Tiket.com

1.2 Select Hotels

1.3 Link the room from Tiket.com to AirHost existing room

2. Link your Tiket.com room through Room Channels.

2.1 Under the property’s > Room Channels > Select Tiket.com

2.2 Switch to enable sync of data > Save

2.3 Click Sync to start the synchronisation process between AirHost and Tiket.com.

Note: If the rooms are already linked through Channels then step 2 can be skipped or vice versa as the results will be the same.

3. About Tiket.com synchronization

3.1 Sending message

Tiket.com synchronize messages with API. In addition to sending automatic messages, you can also exchange messages with guests from the AirHost PMS message list. Messages sent from AirHost PMS will be displayed on all Tiket.com side message pages.

Note: As a prerequisite for centralized management of Tiket.com messages using AirHost PMS, it is necessary to connect the listing to PMS in order to receive Tiket.com message reception in real time.

3.2 Extra person for Extra Bed

AirHost do not synchronize the extra bed charges for the extra person. Therefore, if this is needed, kindly inform your property Market Manager in Tiket.com for the setup. This has to be applied in Tiket.com.
